Why Stage Your Home?

Most people have trouble visualizing a space’s potential, whether that’s figuring out how to lay out an empty room or trying to ignore oddly arranged furniture, clutter or decor that’s not their style. The majority of home buyers can’t easily look past what’s in front of them to appreciate a room’s potential. Staging helps eliminate the buyer’s guesswork. Buyers decide whether they like the home or not in the first few minutes after entering. There’s only one opportunity to make a first impression, so you don’t want to be the seller who skipped out on staging, especially if there are several houses on the market in your area. Even if without staging you manage to get potential home buyers through the door for one viewing, they may not return for another look if nearby properties appear more enticing. Edwards Estates Group works with Valerie Dionne at POSH DECOR EXCLUSIVE INTERIORS for all our staging needs. Their organic flair for décor reflects an elegance that model properties on an optimum level. Understanding that first impressions are imperative, their team relishes in creating an emotional attraction when staging a space. The Platinum Standard expectations of our team is certainly enhanced within this home preparation relationship.

How it Works

  1. List the Home with Compass and the Edwards Estates Group...We work together with you to determine a staging strategy
  2. We then coordinate any home touch ups and have Posh Decor Exclusive Interior stage the home for sale. All the while pre-marketing the home on our Compass Coming Soon platform.
  3. Once the transformation is complete, Our professional photography shoots all the marketing photos to support the custom prepared marketing strategy.
  4. You'll pay for the services when one of the following things happens — your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.
