Week 3

On The Market

  2. Facebook Ad Campaign 2 [new listing]
  3. Broker's Open -Preview Invite to area brokers and offices
  4. Send database (2500) email/text
  5. Public Open House


Week 4


  1. Follow up calls with potential buyers
  2. Follow up calls with viewing agents
  3. Report feedback to seller
  4. Send database (2500) email/text
  5. Repeat Open House if not under contract


Adjust and recycle All Ads and Postings as necessary


Contract to Closing


  1. Negotiate acceptable offer
  2. Sign agreements
  3. Open escrow
  4. Apply contract expectations with lender and buyer
  5. Coordinate inspections
  6. review any reports and repair request
  7. Monitor contract and timelines
  8. Coordinate final document signing
  9. Confirm closing date
  10. Receive keys for the exchange to buyer
